For twenty-five years I have kept books, filed returns, and sat across the table from business owners at their best moments and their hardest ones. What I learned is that accounting is never really about the numbers — it is about the confidence those numbers give someone to make a decision.
Gusto Synergy Services is the firm I built to carry that conviction into a larger world. We still do the careful, unglamorous work of bookkeeping and compliance for Indian businesses — the work that lets a founder sleep. And we now bring the same standard to overseas enterprises building teams in Bengaluru, and to leaders who need a clear head on strategy rather than another spreadsheet.
